Refund & Cancellation Policy – Subzee

At Subzee, we strive to provide fresh vegetables and fruits at wholesale prices, delivered to your doorstep with care and commitment. We value your trust and have designed this Refund & Cancellation Policy to ensure transparency and fairness for our customers.
1. Order Cancellation
1.1. Customers may cancel their order before 10:00 PM on the same day of placing the order, through the Subzee app.
1.2. Orders cancelled after 10:00 PM cannot be withdrawn as procurement begins early the next morning.
1.3. Subzee reserves the right to cancel orders in case of:
1.3.1. Non-availability of certain products
1.3.2. Unforeseen logistical challenges
1.3.3. Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
If Subzee cancels the order, you will be notified and a full refund (if any payment was made) will be processed.
2. Refunds
2.1. Prepaid Orders:
2.1.1. If you cancel within the allowed window, the paid amount will be refunded to your original payment method or credited to your Subzee Wallet (as per your choice).
2.1.2. If an item is unavailable or partially delivered, the value of the undelivered items will be refunded to your wallet within 24–48 hours.
2.2. Wallet Orders:
2.2.1. In case of cancellations, the refund amount will be credited back to your Subzee Wallet within 24 hours.
2.3. COD Orders:
2.3.1. If you refuse delivery for a valid reason (damaged or spoiled products), no charges will be collected and the order will be marked as cancelled.
3. Replacement Policy
3.1. If you receive spoiled, damaged or incorrect items, please raise a complaint through the website or contact us within 2 hours of delivery with images.
3.2. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund the value to your wallet.
4. Refund Timelines
4.1. Wallet Refund: 24 hours
4.2. Bank/UPI Refund: 3–5 business days (depending on the payment gateway/bank)
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be processed in the following cases:
5.1. Customer not available at delivery location at scheduled time
5.2. Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
5.3. Delay due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, road blockage) if communicated in advance
