1. Overview At Subzee, our mission is to deliver fresh fruits and vegetables directly from the mandi to your doorstep at wholesale prices. We are committed to ensuring timely, safe, and hygienic delivery to all our customers within our service zones.

This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how and when deliveries are made, the applicable charges, and what customers can expect after placing an order.

2. Service Areas
Currently, Subzee provides delivery services in select zones of Ludhiana city, covering PIN codes: 141010, 141015, 141001, 141002, and 141012. We are continuously expanding and will soon be serving additional areas across Ludhiana.

3. Order Timings
Orders can be placed any time during the day, up to 10:00 PM. Orders placed after 10:00 PM will be processed for the next day’s delivery schedule. Our procurement team sources fresh produce early morning directly from the city’s wholesale market to ensure maximum freshness.

4. Delivery Schedule
Delivery Window: Between 7:00 AM to 0200 PM (depending on zone and route). Delivery Days: All days of the week (except unforeseen closures, public holidays, or mandi shutdowns). Delivery Mode: Eco-friendly electric rickshaws managed by our trained Subzee delivery partners.

5. Delivery Process
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an in-app confirmation and order summary. On the day of delivery, your order will be packed and handed over to our assigned delivery partner. You will receive live status updates (Booked → Confirmed → Out for Delivery → Delivered). Our delivery agent will contact you if there is any issue with address or availability.

6. Delivery Charges
A nominal delivery fee of ₹20 per order applies. Delivery charges are clearly mentioned at checkout — no hidden fees or surcharges. The delivery fee covers logistics, packaging, and handling costs.

7. Delivery
Attempts Our delivery agent will make one attempt to deliver the order at your registered address. If you are unavailable, the agent will contact you by phone. In case of non-response, the order may be returned to our warehouse, and a re-delivery charge may apply.

8. Packaging and Handling
All items are packed in food-safe, eco-friendly bags or crates. We take utmost care to prevent damage or spoilage during handling and transport. Slight variations in size, shape, or color of fresh produce are natural and not considered defects.

9. Unavailable Items
In rare cases, if any item is unavailable in the morning mandi, Subzee reserves the right to: Adjust the final bill amount, or Issue a refund to your Subzee Wallet or original payment method within 3–5 working days.

10. Force Majeure
Subzee shall not be held responsible for delivery delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural calamities, traffic restrictions, vendor shortages, or government-imposed curfews.

11. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are requested to: Ensure accurate delivery address and contact details. Be available to receive the order within the delivery window. Verify the items and amount at the time of delivery.
